Shipping policy
Because every Light From Within candle is handcrafted to order, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
Processing Time All orders are made to order and require 2–4 business days to produce before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), processing may take longer.
Shipping We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Expedited: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges Because our candles are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@lightfromwithinllc.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will remake and reship your order at no charge.
Lost or Stolen Packages Light From Within is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact your carrier directly with your tracking number.
